In Teams Of Six
For Time
100 – Squats
80 – Over Head Lunges
60 – Ground To Over Head
40 – Thrusters
20 – Burpee Over plate
* M = 20KG Plate
F = 10KG Plate
All 6 working at the same time, no splitting the reps.
Each individual has their own plate.
Everyone does all the work.
No Reps if anyone is out of synchronisation.
Imagine you are all attached to a piece of rope and one cant move without the rest.
AIM
To all work together in synchronisation to create one efficient machine. Keep communication as basic and simple as possible, ideally teams will be able to rep out with little to no communication.
