100 Log squats (3 working at a time)
800m run
90 Log press
600m run
80 Log lunges
400m run
70 Log thrusters
200m run

If you do not have a log, use a loaded bar 50kg (one on either end and one in the middle)
3 working at a time
Everyone runs, can start on the movements when 3 people are back
