Notes 

This workout is designed for a worm or the cumberland sausage. All 6 members of the team will work at the same time. The event saw a 12 minute time cap on this workout, but complete it for time. Adapt to your own gym environment, if you do not have a worm then you can mimic it using kettle bells, dumbbells, plates etc (around 25/20/15kg). Scale as needed.
