2 members hold 60kg bar above head
Remaining members make their way through;
200 cal row
150 cal Assault Bike
* Members can swap in and out on the bar hold
Bar must be overhead or reps cannot be preformed
If the bar touches the floor 5 burpee penalty
Complete row and bike simultaneously
Then each member completes:
10 Power Cleans (40/60kg)
10 Box Jumps (20/24″)
15 Power Cleans
15 Box Jumps
20 Power Cleans
20 Box Jumps
* Tag next member
Relay style, you may have one bar and one box out for males and another for females.
The bar no loner has to be held overhead.
